Les bases d\u2019une coop\u00e9ration sont les contrats de coop\u00e9ration qui r\u00e9gissent <strong>les contributions des partenaires<\/strong>, le traitement <strong>des secrets commerciaux<\/strong>, <strong>de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle apport\u00e9e<\/strong> et <strong>des r\u00e9sultats de la recherche<\/strong> des partenaires.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, notamment la prestation de services <strong>de recherche sous contrat<\/strong>, fait \u00e9galement partie aujourd\u2019hui de l\u2019\u00e9ventail des t\u00e2ches des universit\u00e9s et des instituts de recherche publics et priv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Nous conseillons des projets nationaux, internationaux et europ\u00e9ens tout comme des projets industriels.
