Peuvent \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9s \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard les signes (mots, lettres, chiffres, images mais \u00e9galement couleurs, hologrammes, signes multim\u00e9dias et sons) qui sont propres \u00e0 distinguer les produits et\/ou services d\u2019une entreprise de ceux d\u2019une autre. La protection d\u2019une marque r\u00e9sulte de <strong>l\u2019enregistrement de celle-ci<\/strong> dans le registre des marques, de la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 acquise par l\u2019utilisation intensive du signe dans les relations commerciales ou de la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.
